Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The migration process from TRC20 tokens to ERC20 tokens is MANDATORY between January 1, 2026 - January 31, 2026. Token exchange cannot be performed outside this date range.

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions cover all transactions related to the migration of GainX Token from the TRC20 network to the ERC20 network. By accepting these terms and submitting an application, users declare that they have read, understood, and accepted all the provisions below.

2. Token Migration Process

The token migration process includes the following steps:

  1. User fills out the migration form and uploads identity document
  2. Identity verification process is completed within 24-48 hours
  3. Users with successful identity verification send their TRC20 tokens to the specified address
  4. After tokens are received, ERC20 tokens are sent to the user's specified address within 3-7 business days

3. Identity Verification Requirement

CRITICAL WARNING:

Users whose identity verification fails or whose identity documents are not approved will NOT receive ERC20 tokens. In this case, the sent TRC20 tokens will not be refunded.

Users are required to upload a valid and readable identity document (passport, national ID card, or driver's license). The identity document must:

  • Be clear and readable
  • Not be expired
  • Be in JPG, PNG, or PDF format (maximum 5MB)
  • Contain a photo where the user's face is visible

4. Migration Date Range

Token migration will only be performed between January 1, 2026 - January 31, 2026. Applications made outside this date range will not be accepted.

Users are required to complete their applications and send their tokens within this date range. TRC20 tokens remaining after the deadline will be considered invalid.

5. Token Send Address

TRC20 tokens must be sent to the following address:

Tokens sent to the wrong address will be lost and will not be refunded. Users are responsible for verifying the sending address.

6. ERC20 Receiving Address

Users are required to specify the Ethereum address where ERC20 tokens will be sent correctly and validly. If an incorrect or invalid address is specified, tokens may be lost and the responsibility lies with the user.

7. Processing Times

  • Identity Verification: 24-48 hours
  • Token Sending: Performed by the user after identity verification
  • ERC20 Token Delivery: 3-7 business days after receiving TRC20 tokens

8. Responsibilities and Risks

Users are responsible for the following situations:

  • Sending tokens to the wrong address
  • Submitting invalid or fake identity documents
  • Performing transactions outside the migration date range
  • Errors or deficiencies in form information

GainX is not responsible for losses arising from the above situations.

9. Cancellation and Refund

The token migration process cannot be cancelled once initiated. In applications where identity verification fails or does not meet the conditions, the sent TRC20 tokens will not be refunded.

10. Data Security

All information and identity documents provided by users are stored securely and used only for the migration process. Information is not shared with third parties.

11. Right to Modify

GainX reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Changes are effective from the date they are published on the website.
